I'm a Life Skills Coach and retreat leader. I'm also the creator of a new e-course / online class called The Courageous Year.
But those are just the labels, the external stuff. Lately, so much of my journey has been to ask what it really means to do the external stuff, and to start rerouting doing into “be-ing.”

I meditate and love yoga, I read books upon books upon books (usually several at once), I heart my library card. For years I practiced Zen Buddhism.
I can be found drinking lattes, studying Italian, taking pictures on my new Holga camera, and snuggling with the boyfriend of almost five years.
